Is there an age limit for individuals subject to the Village of Richfield Income Tax?
Yes. All individuals under eighteen years of age are exempt from Richfield’s Income Tax and are eligible for a refund of municipal tax withheld for Richfield. When an individual becomes eighteen they are subject to tax only for that portion of the year following their eighteenth birthday.

There is no upper age limit.
