Residents that are connected to Cleveland Water can apply for a deduct meter to help with the cost of their sewer bill. If residents do a lot of watering outside, gardens, pools, etc. or have an irrigation system, this may be something to look into for your property. Residents must contact the Village Service Department for approval before you are able to start the process with Cleveland Water. The deduct meter must be purchased from Cleveland Water.
