The Village of Richfield’s Service Department will have extended office hours tomorrow, March 4, 2025, for residents or property owners who still need to purchase water meters and are unable to purchase during regular business hours. Residents or property owners on a well may affected by the enforcement of Ordinance 84-2023 in section 926.15 should have also received letters in the mail. If you are on Cleveland Water, you do not need a meter from the Village. The cost of a 1” Meter is $328.00 and a ¾” Meter is $214.00. These prices include a Meter, Couplings, Washers and Touch Pad. Residents may pay with cash, check or credit card (3.5% fee on top of the meter price if paying with card). We ask if residents pay with cash to bring the exact change (however not required). The Service Department’s regular office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
