Some residents may have mistakenly received a text message from Rumpke regarding a delay in trash collection this week. However, we would like to clarify that Summit County is NOT impacted by this delay. Pickup will continue as scheduled today and for the remainder of the week.

Residents who have Monday trash pickup and missed it today due to the text message from Rumpke can put their trash out tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7th by 7 am. Rumpke will be going back to collect missed trash. The rest of the week will NOT be impacted and residents can put their trash out on their normal day.
If your trash was missed and you plan to put it out, please call Rumpke at 1-800-828-8171. Residents can call today or tomorrow morning if they plan to put trash out
and are encouraged to leave a voicemail.
