Public Energy Council (NOPEC) is an organization of local governments in
northeast Ohio that work cooperatively to provide a competitive
environment for energy cost savings for individual customers and they
are Richfield Village's electric aggregator.
NOPEC is proud to introduce a brand new
public service program (PDF) to help residents control their energy use and costs.
