Register for Programs
Three Easy Ways to Register for Classes
Great program offerings get cancelled because of late registration since each program has a pre - established minimum number of participants to conduct the program or class. If that minimum is not met, the class or program is cancelled.
Register early by using the following either one of the three ways to register. It is highly recommended to use the online registration program, Rec Desk, for immediate enrollment, faster payment processing and the best way to receive notifications about your class or program. You will be notified two to three days in advance of the scheduled class or program regarding a cancellation.
To ensure immediate enrollment and avoid program cancellations, register online using the Rec Desk Online Program for a nominal processing fee. Once enrolled, Rec Desk will send out electronic notifications. This is the best way to register and pay for a program or class. If you are a new registrar, you will need to create and account. Remember your user name and password when returning to register for another program!
Pick-up a registration form at the Parks and Recreation Building or download a registration form. Complete all required information. Checks should be made payable to "Village of Richfield" and your payment must accompany the registration form. CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Avoid any inconvenience or delays by utilizing Rec Desk, our online registration.
Mail or drop off your form and payment to:
Richfield Parks and Recreation Department
4410 W. Streetsboro Rd.
Richfield, OH 44286
Patrons may register for programs in person at Village Hall.
Richfield Recreation will close registration for each class or program one week before it is scheduled to begin, unless otherwise noted in the schedule; such as summer camps. If the class or program does not meet the minimum enrollment number, the class or program will be cancelled and you will receive a notification.
All class and program fees should be paid in the form of a check made payable to the Village of Richfield or online using PayPal. Cash is never accepted. It is strongly recommended to use the online system on the Village Website, Rec Desk.
Program or class payments must be accompanied with the registration form. Registration forms without payments will be not processed and you will not be enrolled in the program or class.
Parks and Recreation is open to our neighboring communities and our welcome to enroll in one of our programs or classes. Please note that there is a non-resident fee when registering. Incorrect registration fees will delay your registration and enrollment in a program or class. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis...so register early using Rec Desk!
Please be aware that each program, camp, or class have different requirements and deadlines, read the registration information carefully and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the staff at Parks and Recreation, (330) 659-5818.
