Three Easy Ways to Register for Classes

Complete registration form, making certain all spaces have been filled in. Make check payable to "Village of Richfield."

- Walk-in Registration
Patrons may register for programs in person at the Recreation Center.
- Online Registration
Register online for most programs through the "Online Registration" . There will be a convenience fee.
Don't Miss a Great Program!
Great classes get cancelled because of later registration. If enrollment is not at our pre-
established minimum number within 2 to 3 days prior to the 1st day of class we will have to cancel your class. Please register early for all programs.
Recreation Registration Policy
Richfield Recreation will close registration for each program one week before it is scheduled to begin, unless otherwise noted in the schedule. We must implement this policy as a courtesy to our instructors, who lose valuable time and pay if their classes are cancelled due to low enrollment. Class fees, in the form of check or cash, or charge MUST be sent in or dropped off with registration slips. Registrations without payments will be disregarded; therefore, your registration will only be counted when we have your payment in hand. Registrants living outside of the VILLAGE of Richfield are required to pay an additional $5 non-resident fee per program. Failure to include the non-resident fee when you send in your payment may delay your registration and you could be shut out of programs if enrollment is high. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis…so register early!
Richfield Parks and Recreation reserves the right to:
- Cancel, combine or divide classes
- To change time, date, or location of classes;
- To change instructor assignments
- To make any other changes that may be necessary
The department will issue a full refund if the program is cancelled.
If a registrant cancels up to 5 working days before the start of a program, he will receive a full refund, minus a $6 service charge. Refund requests made fewer than 5 days before the start of a program will only be guaranteed if another person enrolls in the program. In this case, the fee will be refunded less the $6 service charge. No refunds will be given after a program has started.
Transportation & Late Pick Up Charge
Parents / Guardians provide transportation to and from all camps. If car-pooling home with friends, please inform instructor upon arrival of camp. In order to keep our programs and instructors on schedule, all children must be picked up in a timely manner. Campers who are not picked up within in the late pick up time will be charged a extra $5.00 fee.
