ARM CHAIR EXERCISES: Low impact, stretching exercises are performed either sitting in or standing next to a chair. The program is offered for fifteen minutes every Thursday, just before lunch and bingo, 11:15. It is amazing what you can do sitting in or standing next to a chair. This is free to all. Join us.
TAI CHI: An exercise/movement class stressing balance control, flexability, and cardiovascular fitness is held at the senior center each Wednesday at 1:30. The cost is $7.00 per class paid to the instructor.
YOGA: Yoga is offered twice a week, Tuesday at 10:00 and Friday at 11:00. Yoga combines relaxation, meditation and stretching. It is low impact, but gives your body a great workout. Work at your individual ability. The cost is $5.00 per class paid to the instructor.
