Softball Skills Camp
Is your daughter looking to get a jump start on conditioning for the upcoming softball season or maybe needs to work on her skills? This 5 week “after-school “Softball Camp” will focus on teaching players the proper mechanics and fundamentals needed to learn more about the game of softball while working on catching, throwing, fielding and hitting. In each 75-minute session, players will have a better understanding of the game, focus on skills training and having FUN! PLEASE bring change of clothes, glove and tennis shoes.

Ages: 8 – 11; Grades 3rd – 5th **

Rally Girls Cheerleading
Cheerleading is a great way to get prepared if you would like to cheer for your school’s team in the future. Being a part of a squad is a good way to learn self-esteem, working with others, and having lots of FUN! We will learn a routine consisting of a cheer and dance, also we will have fun doing exercises that help us do our cheers!

Hillcrest After School Multi-Sports  
Join your friends and have a blast and get lots of exercise in this after school multi-sports program by Jump Start Sports. We will play a variety of sports and games, including: basketball, flag football, soccer, dodgeball, kickball British bulldog, floor hockey, capture the flag and more.

Ages: Grades 1 thru 3

Hummingbird's Soccer
Children ages 3 – 6 years olds have fun and learn the basics of soccer: dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, and positioning. Each session consists of instruction in each aspect of the game, participation in fun drills that are designed to teach skills, and low-key, non-competitive games. Parents are encouraged to assist in the coaching and are provided with practice plans and literature to aid them. Hummingbirds Soccer is a terrific introduction to soccer and organized sports and a fun and meaningful experience for the whole family.

Tae Kwon Do

Come join our Jump Rope Class! This class is for both boys and girls; it is for beginning, intermediate and advanced jumpers, grades 1 thru 3. For those interested in learning skills and having fun, participates will learn single rope skills as well as double Dutch skills. Co-ordination and cardio endurance are just two of the benefits of jump roping that will be emphasized in this fun class. Classes will be after school on Wednesdays starting January 11, 2011, 3:45 to 5:00 PM for 6 weeks.

This class will be taught by the young men & women of the Heartbeats Jump Rope Team. Each session will end with a demonstration from the jump rope instructors. Class size is limited. Jump ropes will be provided. Comfortable clothing and sneakers must be worn.
