Richfield's Farmers Market
"MARKET ON THE SQUARE"
If fresh vegtables, jams, jellies, and the best fresh bread appeals to you then come and join us at the Farmers Market. Shoppers and venders welcome. We are always looking for new venders to join the wide variet we have now. Looking for fall vendors with fruit including apples and pumpkins, peaches ect. Call us for more information at 330-659-5818
New this year we will be featuring craftsman/artists at our Farmers Market every three weeks starting June 23. We are looking for new venders for this venture. We reserve the right to approve these venders. If you are interested please fill out the Farmers Market application, indicate Craftsman/Artist. The cost is only $40 for the six dates.

We have had another successful year at our 2009 "Market on the Square".
It is not to early to sign up for the 2010 season. Call us for more information on next season's market.
EASTWOOD PRESERVE COMMUNITY GARDEN
Reserve your plot today in our community garden for the 2010 season. It is unbelievable what you can grow in a 10' by 10' plot. Plan now on what to plant. This is a first come first serve basis and spots are limited. We have expanded our garden this year with the addition of a new 75' by 75' garden that will be fenced in. Plots are 10'x10' with a cost of $45 dollars for the entire season. Download the application to the left and mail it into the Recreation Department at 3333 Brecksville Rd.

THE "GREAT PUMPKIN" HARVEST DAY!
Come pick an authentic Richfield grown pumpkin out of the Eastwood Pumpkin Patch. Be part of the Pumpkin carving contest and enjoy refreshements after. Judging will be done by the Richfield Garden Cub.

1ST ANNUAL BIKE & HIKE DAY AT EASTWOOD PRESERVE
Come start a new tradition with Richfield and join us for Family Bike & Hike Day at Eastwood Preserve. The Richfield Recreation Staff and Park Board will be leading hikes. A naturalist will be giving a presentation about all the plants and animals that occupy the Preserve. Children can also sign up upon arrival to participate in a nature scavenger hunt while on their hike. They will receive a map of the preserve and of list of items to find.
