The Human Services Commission shall consist of five members, one chosen from within Council to serve a one year term and four Village residents chosen by the Mayor and approved by Council to serve four-year staggered terms.

The Commission, as outlined in the Codified Ordinances Chapter 150 shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and Council to recommend creation of programs and services to benefit the citizens of the Village of Richield. Rules and regulations for the programs and policies for the administration of the programs shall be developed by the Mayor and Council.
