Planning Commission Meeting

Yoga

Yoga helps keep you active, stimulates energy, promotes a positive attitude, calmer emotions, wisdom, stronger muscles and joints, and eliminates depression. It combines relaxation, meditation and stretching. Our expert Yoga instructor has been teaching at the Senior Center for 14 years. Cost if $10.00 paid directly to the instructor.

Senior Center - Band Jam Session

Join us for great music, socializing, maybe some dancing, and refreshments. Free

Senior Center Trip - Lunch at the Harp, followed by Historical Cuyahoga River Tour

We will start with lunch at The Harp, a pub featuring a menu of traditional Irish and American fare and a patio with lake views. Afterwards, we will explore the Cuyahoga River by boat. Doug Kusak, a historical interpreter with the Cleveland MetroParks, Canalway Center will be leading our tour. Be prepared to laugh as he can be quite comical. Maybe we will see a freighter or two pass by. $30.00 admission and transportation fee due a sign-up. $3.00 fee at bus. Leave at 1:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS AFTER TICKETS ARE PURCHASED UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE IS WILLING TO ATTEND AND BUY THE TICKET.
