Join instructor Karen for a '3-mile' indoor walk with periods of higher intensity intervals (HITT). Followed by strength training using hand weights and resistance bands. Easy to follow. ALL fitness levels welcome as modifications will be shown. This is heart-pumping, strength building FUN! Get your steps in with a community of friends!

No Special Equipment
No special equipment is needed to participate in Walk Live classes. All you need is a good pair of walking / fitness shoes and comfortable clothing. A towel and a bottle of water are recommended.
Ages: All ages, (young and old, exercise is sculpted to your ability)
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 pm - 7 pm (Starting April 11th)
