Reduce everyday aches and pains, improve your energy level, and gain a balanced body and mind. Experienced instructors will guide you through a series of standing and sitting (in a chair) exercises. During class, you can expect to stretch, strengthen, and breathe better. After class, you can expect to feel brighter, lighter, and move easier throughout your day and week. Class is open to men & women ages 55+. Relax & mingle after class with complimentary tea/coffee.
