Functional Fitness will take you to a whole new level. It is for those of you that want to push beyond your comfort zone and try something new! Any fitness level is able to give it a try. Warm up, cardio, strength training, and a cool down. We will adjust Monday and Fridays classes to help you with modifications so you’re able to stick with it. And when you’re ready to kick it up a notch, we will show you how to intensify your moves!
