Core Zone Challenge
This intensive class focuses on building core strength, and flexibility Exercise will target the large muscle groups along with abdominals and upper body.
Days: Tuesday and Thursdays
Time: 10 - 11 a.m.
This high-intensity interval training method is designed to build, sculpt and tone using a combination of strength and resistance exercises resulting in high caloric burn off and body definition
Days: Mondays and Wednesday
Time: 6 - 7 p.m.
Is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another PIYO is a hyper version of yoga, but With the benefits of deep breathing balance, stretching, strengthening and relaxation. And to top it all off, the music is awesome!
Days: Wednesday and Fridays
Time: 9:15 - 10:15 a.m.
Ultimate Boot Camp
A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training The Ultimate boot camp is designed in a way to be different all the time: and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. Alth0LQh our instructor may push you like a drill sergeant our goal is to offer encouragement rather than Intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun
