Court in Session

Court is in session at 6 p.m. and concludes upon completion of the last case. Defendants must sign in upon arrival, cases are heard in the order of the defendants signing in.


The Richfield Clerk of Court's office is located in the Richfield Police Department.


Richfield Mayor's Court hears misdemeanor offenses that occur in the jurisdiction of the Richfield Police Division, with the exception of 2nd offense driving under the influence and 2nd offense driving under DUI suspension or FRA (Financial Responsibility) suspension.

In addition, domestic violence cases are excluded from Mayor's Court jurisdiction.

Citation Payment Information

Citations can be paid by cash, check, or money order.

You may mail payments along with your signed citation to the Clerk of Courts office in the Richfield Police Department, or pay in person at the Clerk of Courts office 24 hours a day.
